We go to great lengths to ensure that the fish and invertebrates you purchase are in the best health possible. For that reason we offer a 14 day guarantee on all of our livestock purchased through Puff D Aquatics*. If for some reason the livestock item you purchased perished, we will either credit your account via Points or send you a replacement.

If, in the unlikely event that a livestock item you purchased perished within the 14 days after purchase, in order to get credit or a replacement, we will require you to send the specimen back to us so that we may examine it to determine the cause of death. Upon receipt of the specimen, Puff D Aquatics will credit your account via Points or send a replacement with your next order.

We are truly concerned for the health of the livestock we sell. If you follow our acclimation procedure we are confident that you should not have any trouble getting your livestock to thrive!

Insurance Policy - We recognize the fact that some species are difficult to keep and some just simply do not ship well. In an effort to serve our customers who want those prized posessions, we are now offering an insurance policy for those difficult ones! For animals such as the Achillies Tang or Moorish Idol, you can select at the bottom of their page, an Insurance Option to either Arrive Alive or a 7 Day Guarantee. This will enable our customers to cover themselves in the unfortunate event that the animal perishes through no fault of their own. The terms and conditions are the same as the 14 Day Guarantee with the exception that we will require your Free Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH and Specific Gravity levels at the time of death. This is just one more thing that sets us apart from the competition and keeps our customers coming back time and again!
